Information we collect

We collect the information you provide directly and the information generated as you use the app, including:

• Account and business information — name, email address, and business details you provide when you create an account.
• Calculation data — the products, costs, shipments, and scenarios you enter and choose to save, along with the estimates the calculator produces.
• Usage data — information about how you interact with the app, such as pages visited and features used, to help us understand and improve the product.
• Payment information — handled entirely by our payment processor, Stripe. We never receive or store your full card details.

How we use your information

We use the information above to provide and improve the service, operate your account and subscription, calculate and save your estimates, respond to support requests, and send you transactional or account-related emails. We do not sell your personal information.

Third parties we work with

We rely on a small number of service providers to operate the app:

• Supabase — hosting, authentication, and our database.
• Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
• Resend — delivery of transactional email (e.g. account and billing notifications).

Each provider only receives the data it needs to perform its function on our behalf.

Cookies

We use a limited set of cookies, primarily for authentication and session management. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Data retention

We retain account and calculation data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we're required to retain records (for example, for tax or accounting purposes).

Your rights

You can access and export your saved calculation data from within the app. To request a copy of your data or request deletion of your account, contact us at support@tariffcalculator.app and we'll handle it promptly.

Children's privacy

Tariflo is not directed at, and is not intended for use by, children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and for material changes we'll make a reasonable effort to notify active users.
