The customs authority has the final word

That determination can differ from any estimate produced by this tool, sometimes significantly, depending on inspection outcomes, valuation, documentation, and rules in effect on the date of entry.
Classification is not guaranteed

Exchange rates fluctuate
Calculations that involve currency conversion use exchange rates that may be delayed, approximate, or manually entered. Rates move continuously, and the rate in effect when your shipment is actually invoiced, paid, or cleared may differ from the rate used in an estimate.
